Our recruitment and vetting processes are both thorough and consistent. We take ensure that every applicant who joins us has been personally interviewed and reference checked in writing. Each applicant’s file will include a copy of their passport or birth certificate, proof of address, proof of right to work in the UK and of course an up to date copy of their licences or other relevant qualifications. Most importantly, applicants will have undergone a detailed induction to ensure that they know what we expect of them whilst they are on assignment.

We also follow a rigid process, for each booking, when briefing workers prior to starting their work.
Every worker is run through a series of requirements and orders that will have been presented to IndiGO by their Clients:

  • Start and approximate finish time
  • Dress code
  • Reporting time
  • Rundown of typical days work
  • Reporting location
  • Who to report to
  • Health and Safety
  • Relevant documentation to be taken
  • Emergency phone numbers

All of our staff with responsibility for placing workers have experience not only within the recruitment industry, but also of working in the sectors they support. Because of this we will always give the best briefings to our staff, to ensure that they know what is expected of them before they start work, not after a problem or misunderstanding has occurred.

There are unavoidable instances when even a temporary worker cannot attend. We are prepared for this eventuality and always aim to have workers on standby ready to deploy if the need arises.

Our service is 24 hours, 7 days per week. This is not just a sales ploy, through a low cost call to our local office number you will be put through to an on-call member of staff ready to serve your needs, even when the office is closed.
